I have just received a response to a thread I am subscribed to and when I click the link it comes up with:

Ah, I get it now, SimG's post was moved from the thread just as you posted, hence you got that message.

That particular post is standing in the corner for being naughty. If you remove from the '&p' to the end of the link you'll find the topic still there (minus the naughty post, which has now been sent home).
