WOW! A very worthwhile read and certainly not what I expected. Thank you for posting the link and I only wish we lived a bit nearer so we could visit.

That's a very interesting read!
Altcar is a bit of a trek from the south east, but it's a lovely range complex and worth a visit if you are in the area.
