I have a cottage booked for the week on the banks of Loch Lochy, has anyone fished there and can they advise best baits or lures for trout?

I last fished there in 2008, the Brown's were caught readily using meps and flying C's from the bank, with fly best from the boat. Also took some decent pike whilst spinning from the shore.

I believe prawns and worms still work Ok there.

Excellent, I can't wait to get up there the garden of the cottage is right on the water, let just hope it doesn,t freeze over.
