Really hate to say this......but Gwent Police Firearms Licensing Office have really impressed me today!!

Story is; last week I realised I'd misplaced my FAC - I definately had it a couple of weeks ago when sent an 'Aquisition' form off but it has since disappeared. I'm pretty sure it got binned by accident when tidying up some papers.

Anyhow; onto Gwent Polices' website which I think must have been redesigned since I last saw it; good section with all the relvant forms you would ever need - found the 'Lost or Stolen FAC' form, printed it, filled it in and posted it last Wednesday.

Gave the office a call today to see what sort of timescale a replacement cert takes only to be told 'Its' been posted'. Postman came a couple of hours later.....and dropped my replacement cert on the doormat!!

7 Days from posting to return, even this Really Grumpy Old Bas^%erd can't complain; so credit where credit is due :goodjob: and sign92 to Gwents (occasionally) Finest.
