New stock...10/22

Hi,
Going out to buy my first 10/22, have read about lots of mods and stuff.
All I want to do is change the stock. Is it just a case of undoing bolts, fitting new stock then doing the bolts up again ?

One bolt, piece of cake. Just make sure the safety is between safe and fire so the trigger unit slips through the stock.

After doing the research on 10/22 stocks and stuff, I go and buy a new laminate stocked one today....doh
....love shiny stuff sign01 , when will I learn to go to a gun shop and buy exactly what I went in for and not get sidetracked....whats the saying about a fool and his money !
