I really wish the people who submit these epetitions would at least spell check them ffs, they aren't doing anyone any favours

Responsible department: Department of Health

To make all forms of germ transmission (coughing, sneezing etc, )in a public place (including public transport) without the use of a handkerchief/tissue an offence punishable by fine
