Beam scale.

After my bad experience with digital micrometers my signature line is even more true to me.

Talk to Allan (1066) about what scales work the best
Some models are distinctly better than others

He really knows the scales and the various attributes of the scales and can advise accordingly.

He also does a tuning and calibration services that lifts the accuracy, consiststency and repeatability of the beam scales too new levels.

Worth a chat  :goodjob:

The scale used in the video is actually mine, I lent it to Spud for his review.

I use the RCBS Chargemaster combo with a beam scale to check.

Unless you want to spend squillions on a set of laboratory scales, go with the beam.

Used a cheap digital to get the powder thrower near to the desired weight then used the Target Master and 5-0-5 to do the rest, beam scales for accurate checking every time.

Now using a Hornady Auto Charge (with TR140) which is perfect about 95% of the time and .1gr over for the odd one or two. Checked it on the 5-0-5 and it's dead on.
