Not a nice surprise this morning
We were down this morning. Not a nice feeling at all. After contacting our host company I was told it was a problem at their server end and it would be solved within an hour. In their defence it was less than 15 mins after I spoke to them that we were back.
However I think we have been down on and off for some 3-4 hours.
I know the time is wrong, I need them to reset it at their server end.
Anyway, we are back:)
Phew.

Initially some were able to log in and others were not.
I think it is just a matter of time before it works for all again.
I hope.
Jeeez what a morning

Re: Not a nice surprise this morning
Christel,,,I could not log on or even load the forum page this morning as you know,,,,in the end I had to completely retype and search for the forum site,,,,I had it, as do others I expect bookmarked, so I could just click on it and off I went straight into the forum,, (well with the exception that I have to log on each time as it will not keep me logged in or recognise my log on details each time automatically) But the Book mark usually will take me straight to the forum site,,, but now it will not,, so I have had to re-bookmark it again hopefully that will work and stay working....just wondering if others have had the same exact problem with the bookmarking??christel wrote:Initially some were able to log in and others were not.

I think part of the problem was the cache. Ctrl and F5 will sort that.

hope it stays that way,,,,maybe soon it will also recognise my log on details as well (automatically) like I ask it too???

Re: Not a nice surprise this morning
I can only say I am so sorry about this.
I keep going on online chat with justhost and they keep telling me they are aware of the issue and they are working on it.
Seems like major melt down eh :(
