Does anyone on this site have a scan of the instruction manual for a Wamadet reloading press? A dear departed friend of mine immigrated from the UK to Canada about 2003(he was fed-up with UK gun laws and wanted to shoot handguns again) with his Wamadet (... and his wife too...) and gave it to me during his final days. Decades of smoking finally caught up with him in the form of lung cancer. I have a RCBS Rockchucker set-up in my unheated garage, but in winter it is too cold to enjoy the reloading experience so I set-up the Wamadet on the kitchen or dining room table. I love the thing and use it for depriming, resizing, belling, seating the bullet and crimping. There were bits that came with the Wamadet that I couldn't determine their intended purpose. Then I saw some of them on Helston Gunsmiths website http://www.helstongunsmiths.com/default ... %3A54%3A09 and realized the Wamadet could also be used for priming and lubing. However, I haven't been able to figure out how all the pieces fit together for these purposes and thus was hoping that someone on this site might have a scan of the Wamadet instruction manual. Do a search on here, we have discussed the Wamadet extensively. I even believe there are swaging instructions.

If still stuck get back to me and I'll scan mine for you, it will be the end of the week though.

I've used a Wamadet for years. Used it for swaging lead bullets, priming, seating and sizing. Now my pistols are gone I use it for seating and sizing for 308.

Can't quite convince my wife it's a piece suitable for the dining room table though :-)

I will search this website for instructions when I have more free time. Fortunately, my wife has never complained about reloading on either the kitchen or dining room tables. Perhaps this is because some of my reloading is for her. She owns a Model 1905 (target version) Smith and Wesson in .38 Special. I make a nice light but accurate load for her using 3.5 grains of Unique and a Hornady 158 grain hollow base wadcutter.
