Just literally received a new chronograph today from March scopes , ill do a full report over the weekend. Looks top notch and was ready to use with in 2 mins no more blinking Tripods and screens to set up.

There were a couple of F Class type chaps using them at Bisley last Saturday. Amusing watching them have to refit them to their barrels every couple of shots as they kept falling off.

I saw this on the March web site today (really want a KMW stock). Very interesting and I will be curious to see the results.

Whilst we're talking Chrono's has anyone purchased and/or tested a Steinert SuperChrono?

Apparently, it's the world’s first acoustic shooting chronograph.

The Shooting Shed will be stocking these once they've cleared HM Customs.

Perhaps ovenpaa will enlighten us in due course?

Be interesting to run a head to head test with the two new ones above and a traditional type.

We have a double shipment of SuperChrono's that have been sitting in Coventry Customs awaiting clearance for three weeks. As far as I can tell the Customs have not got to them yet as they are still not booked despite daily calls. Once that is done we should get them a couple of days later. The first batch is pretty well sold so the moment they hit us we will order the next lot in.

I have a back to back test booked against a PVM-21 for this coming weekend which will probably be missed now which is frustrating and I also hope to have a MagnetoSpeed to test against shortly. The SC and MS are very different devices however they both serve the same purpose so it will be fun to find out how they all compare. I will update the SHED shop status and original thread when I know more.
