Could some out there please help me out. We have 2 new shooters who want a score book. It seems Fultons have not got any at the moment, their earlist delivery time is April/May. Many thanks for any help. Regards Telshe49 sign92

Get an A5 ring binder and buy some scoresheets from the NRA. Two designs for TR, one for F-class, one for MR. Colour coded by distance. 6p a sheet. Willing to do a deal for bulk orders.

Staples or Office world sell hard poly backed A5 2 ring binders in landscape (imho better to use) or portrait & A5 plastic inserts £3-4 each.

They have clear plastic bits inside & out to insert the club logo, the how to plot wind crib sheet & hold one of those twiddley round cardboard windy calculator thingymebobs.

Add some A5 poly envelopes, print an elevation table by distance vs butt number, std rises per distance, the wind diagrams, radio messages reminder & dividers per distance a couple of paper clamps, an elastic band & a propelling pencil from the next hotel ur in & its complete.

Add a bit of velcro & a bit of clear poly & you have a waterproof version too.

They come in pink for girls & blue for boys smile2

But better to support the NRA by buying them from there....

I've laminated a few to use on the firing point (so as not to waist them with errors or getting them wet), and then transfer the info neatly to the one that goes in the file.

I would just point out that the scoresheet being offered for download is actually copyright. Now the owners of the copyright (one of the Bisley-based clubs) know Mr Steele and aren't going to get terribly worked up about it. But it would indeed be nice if you bought the ones the NRA supplies (same design), ready punched on 120gsm paper and colour coded by distance.

Former Treasurer RAFTRC (so guess which club the design belongs to?)

I would just point out (in my defence) that Mr Steele claims full copyright at the bottom of his web page. As a matter of principle I don't infringe copyright nor encourage others to do so.

Notwithstanding, could anyone who has the skill to create these cards do some with a 2 + 20 scoring column? This would be ideal for us provincials whose Sunday outing usually consists of a single shoot of that number.

Match Rifle ones are produced with 2+20 as standard. If you want to order a quantity for shorter distances than 1000 yds, sufficient to make it worthwhile running the copier / placing a print order, PM me and we can fix it.

Don't worry Trevor did draw those himself - they just look very similar to the RAF ones as there are only so many places you can put things on a score sheet!
