You'll probably not find these in the UK - not a big enough demand for them

paper cartridges are EASY: long fag paper - parker pen - lead ball - powder
Get a pen that is slightly smaller than the ball dia.
roll the paper around it & seal into a tube
add the ball to one end & twist the paper closed
from the open end add powder charge
when powder is in, twist this end closed too
to use: snap of the twist at the powder end of the tube, pour powder into chamber, then seat paper/ball on top in usual fashion

Loading - Yes
Loading muzzle loading revolvers - No

Are you talking about BP or that newfangled smokeless nitro powder M/Ls?

The Westlake Armscor revolvers come with a crude press for loading them - I am just waiting on a variation

Pyrodex and 777 come in pellet form.
