NRA-ILA have got this wrong.
The German website they quote clearly states this is a "National German gun registry".

Burner, WE do but the current left generation does not...they blame us for that wee escapade.
Anything EU will be adopted, especally in the UK, we love being subservient here.

greenshoots, I believe so but when has the EU ever cared about anything unworkable..if they did the EU would be history.
