Thanks for the link. My initial reaction was crikey he is expensive but some rifles are reasonably priced, apart from the exotics which seem to be very high. I have mailed him for more information as he does not include a price. Interesting that it is a Basingstoke area number and a German email addy.

Oops, well my bad

I know someone with a Swedish sniper and accuracy at 100m has to be seen to be believed, 10 shot groups in a 2p piece, it shoots better than his F/TR .308 in that respect.

I've had a couple through my hands as I wanted one badly at one time. They are indeed beautiful rifles and very accurate however for me they suffer from the same fault as the MN Snipers, the scope is mounted too high. You need to do a giraffe impersonation to see through the sights and loose any pretence of cheek contact with the comb. They made leather cheek pieces for these rifles as it must have been an operational issue. Moore Leather does nice repros but even with them I couldn't get good cheek contact. So if I couldn't make the most of their shooting potential then it would just sit in my gun room unused and unfired guns are expensive guns. So reluctantly I let them go.

I've been after a m/41 or m/41B sniper rifle for the past 5 years!
