My local RFD has just got the PPQ in.. £840 for the standard, £960 for the fully moderated version

Yes, the K22 whisper is an example of an integrated moderator on an LBP.

Plus, a moderator is an item on your certificate in its own right. I have two rimfire moderators and have had at one time up to six rimfire firearms, nobody cares which one I screw them on to.

I suppose it depends what a LBP is classed as. Pistols are sec 1 here, but i doubt you would be allowed a moderator for one i could be wrong.

Moderators are listed on your certificate here, but they are listed to be used solely on a specific firearm.
