Yes, but the entire thing is an arrow. With guns, it's a cartridge. Hence no differentiating word is required.

Sorry, I wouldn't be able to serve you as I wouldn't know what on earth you were talking about.
In fact I don't sell bullets of any kind, firmly believing that true shooters and handloaders would make their own.

:P Alas even if "The Cast Bullet Handloader" casts his/her own bullets, like us mere mortals they still have to assemble said components. As you point out though Mr Harrison is an American and writing from experience, I think it safe to say that many of them talk out of their backsides.

The cast bullet maker/swager does still make the most important part of any round though.
The design, size, choice of elements and quality are all within his/her control, if you are serious about shooting why settle for less?

Of course, we ought to be clear as to whether we are talking about a true tea, made from the handpicked tips of leaves of the genus the Camellia sinensis plant, or merely a herbal infusion in some boiled oxygen dihydride...
PS. We've made some of our knives entirely by paw from raw materials, starting with a large rock of iron ore and a goodly quantity of timber that we reduced to charcoal as we used the heat generated to split the rock...
