Dammit! Missed out on a bronze by four points in the F Class TR 400, 500 & 600 shoot. Still, 18th out of 33 isn't too bad and I'll settle for 10th out of 18 in the F Class long range as well. At least it's an improvement on last year.

And no reason why it shouldn't be better again next year...not a bad result, and well done for taking part :good:

My standard and expectations aren't as high as yours, so I managed to hold back the tears and just sigh a little emrolleyes razz

My GRCF wasn't as good as last year, and decidedly mediocre - But my GRSB (second go now) is getting better...I was pleased with my T&P1 (a PB but still B-class)...

...and...I won class D in the 1500 again! :shakeshout: ...this time there's 3 other people in the class, so I may even get a medal!

Thanks Mate

I'm sure I can improve quite a bit yet - I've only been shooting Gallery rifle 4 years (3 Phoenixes), and am really enjoying the shooting and the meetings...

...despite the scores this year I'm already eager for the next one...

Competitions are great fun but infuriating at the same time. So much expectation. I really was confident of shooting a 300 I the TP1 CF as I've shot a string of 299s leading up to this, but shot a 297. Then, Phoenix A which I've shot 3 times and couldn't really care less about, placed well. Weird.
It's not the pace of life that concerns me, it's the sudden stop at the end!
