RFD and explosives licences all here in my hot sweaty hand - no sign of FAC or SGC!!!
If one is OK for an RFD SURELY that would mean that one is OK for an FAC and an SGC???

They said it's ok for him to be an RFD as a few of the firearms admin. staff prefer crayons too!
