Interestingly the one I have is plain, not threaded, with a lockpin across the outside; which is contrary to Gundoc's post.
I don't think it is an airsoft or similar replica, as it looks too well made and everything else the vendor had was clearly authentic.
I have seen reference to the original fitting of these and the difference between the L85 and L98 barrel muzzles somewhere, possibly Steve Raw's book, I will have a look.
If I fit it to my L98, which was the plan, I would intend to bore it out to the muzzle dimension of the L98 barrel in the lathe or mill, if there is enough meat, then pin it.

BTW, if your efforts to find another fail, and you have access to the machinery, I would be happy to lend it to you to fabricate a copy

The internals were a rush job...hence the very many problems in use.
Want to design a gun? Work from the inside out, not the other way around.
Want a DECENT bull-pup rifle firing a battlefield capable round? Rifle, No.9 (the earlier mentioned EM-2)
Need a LOT of information on bullpups? Collector Grade have 3 excellent titles on th EM-2, bullpup rifles & the SA80
Want an early manual on the SA80 ? Not for sale
I can recommend "Last Enfield - SA80: The Reluctant Rifle" a superb book and a lesson on
how not to build a rifle, an appalling (and eye watering expensive project) car crash from start to finish!
I can only assume some of the people involved later worked on the disastrous Nimrod MR4 fiasco! another great British cock up!

Update
Gundoc is correct, the flash hider is internal threaded - what I missed is that it has a plain shaft in the FH for about the first 25mm. When I squinted down it with a torch I realised it is threaded beyond that!
If I can get a thread gauge, or a tap of the correct size in, I will check the thread for you in the next couple of days
