I would agree with Dougan and say it was vertically stringing as it warmed up, my AI does the same for a few shots and as long as you know what it does and when you can compensate accordingly. The other thing is has it been cleaned to within an inch of it's life? If so it may just be settling down again.
That is impressive shooting as well, were you shooting off a bag?

Yes, did you actually measure the group size?

Of the three groups, ooman, the largest is 9/10 " edge to edge (top to bottom if you prefer) and the smallest is 6/10 ".
We don't have a micrometer or vernier to paw.

Those are English tenths of an inch, by the way, not those smaller French inches...
