Don't know your exact location, but it might be worth considering WNSC as it is open pretty much year round and you can just let yourself in. It's just off of the M5. As a full member, you don't have to pay for range use like you do at Kemble (other than your annual membership fee) and they have mini rifle competitions. They have a 50 metre and two 25 metre ranges along with a shotgun pit. I went there with a friend on Saturday and due to the shooting show and the poor weather, we pretty had the place to ourselves.raybrown53 wrote:My home range is Corinium (sporting rifle). Thanks for the tip on WNSC Blackknight. I think it is a little bit of a hike as I am just down the road from Kemble and not that far from Huntervixen.
