Thanks for posting those, very interesting.
I can't see the uneven wear, but it looks to me like there is damage to the muzzle at 12 o'clock which might translate into internal damage just inside the crown. If I use my imagination, I can see a slight bulge in the metal in the crown - barrel transition at about 11 o'clock in the lower photo.
If it still doesn't shoot once you've got rid of the cosmo' take it back to Kranks.

Maybe easier to back light the barrel and take a photo looking more down the barrel..?
If you've got a LED torch/light, pull the bolt back and shine the LED torch into the chamber area and up the barrel and then take a photo looking into the muzzle (with flash off).....see if that shows it better?
