My FEO is a reasonable chap, he called a couple of evenings ago to discuss a new permission and some wording on FAC and was spot on as ever, he did however ask what ammunition I was currently holding and what I was allowed to hold and when I suggested knocking one back a bit and substituting it with expanding he said no, lets add some expanding on top of what you have. Seemed reasonable to me.

Fingers crossed his office team agree to a 6,5x47 for vermin :)

This bloke reminds me of the clown who visited me for my first application. Almost drove me to the point of telling him to shove the licence up his backside & get out of my house.
Fortunately I was able to hold my tongue just long enough to get an ok & get him on his way...
