Have you been to Essex?

I went recently when my partners grandmothers ashes were interned, as my partner and her family are from Southend-on-Sea......

What's with the Essex thing? Is it kinda like Arkansas over here????

Dunno really. Met some cool folks, the innkeeper couldn't have been kinder, I drank some most excellent beer and even saw a cricket match at the local grounds (??) pitch (??) field (??). And the trains to and from London ran right on time. What's not to like???? :)

Well, I sure as Hell don't intend to move there or anything, that's for damn sure & certain........and I'll be usin' my guns 'til Hell freezes over, you can bet your life on that.

the cricket ground would have a cricket pitch, on the pitch would be a cricket square, and in that that is the crease... clear?? :)
