I believe it is reasonable as a shooter, posting on a shooting forum, that I should call for the promotion of shooting. I'm sure that the Green Party and The Gun Control Network both have people you could speak to if you do not think we should be allowed to promote "Guns".
And for the record I was referring to small arms, when I said "Guns", so Although you may see fit to concealed carry a 155mm AS90 if such a campaign were successful, I would personally refrain from doing so, but each to their own.

Re: UK CONSTITUTION !!!!
You have utterly missed the concept because of your focus on firearms. You are unaware or choose to ignore history with regards to gun rights and then you show that actually, you're as immature as you are inexperienced.
I thought this may have led to a worthwhile airing, but unfortunately, you turned out to be a bit of a d1ck....

In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Unfortunately I still don't really see your point, but it is often hard for two parties to bring a discussion to a conclusion over the medium of text alone. I'm not really sure that I'm as inexperienced or as immature as you say, but at the end of the day if I have come across that way that is my failing, and I regret that I have failed to explain myself in a way that you understand or think of as mature.
As for the last comment, It's unfortunate that a difference of opinion ( or a misunderstanding) has caused you to use personal insults, but again I must accept responsibility for failing appear otherwise.
I think this has been a worthwhile airing despite the argument descending somewhat into the personal and immature, as it increases awareness of a little-known yet vitally important aspect of the law.
