Any left is remaining stock. So if you know of any at a dealer, buy now! Nigel C-H wanted to carry on the previous operation, but Nitro-Chemie (unsurprisingly) wouldn't have it and the contract for UK import / distribution bans the practice. He will still import bulk quantities for commercial users, for example HPS which has used TR140 / RS50 as an alternative to Viht N140 in its .308 Win Target Master match ammo on occasions.
I popped in Fulton's Saturday looking for some N140 and was offered TR140 as an alternative, no idea how much of it they have though.

Anyone tried RS52 in a .308 ? Just wondering how it performs in terms of velocity/pressure. Thx

Very good indeed. High MVs with small ES values and a near ideal case-fill ratio. I've used it with 155s through 190s with excellent results. Its burning rate lies between H. VarGet and Alliant Re15, so is an ideal match to 308 Win. It also has N-C's patented EI infused deterrent technology like Re17 / Elcho 17 / RS60 which controls the early burn better and longer.
It is a high-energy (infused nitroglycerine) powder a la Viht N540/550, Re15, RS60 etc. So it will reduce barrel life compared to cooler burning nitrocellulose only grades if you must run your loads at 60,000 psi all the time.
