i would like to see evidence of this recent discussion about bringing back .22 pistols anyone??

Once they make our semi auto .22's section 5, lets club together and start knocking out cheap .223 gating guns.

i dont think that will happen just yet ! i suspect the next ban in the future will be all the fun stuff and no practical shooting or csr ! f class and 2 shot break action shotguns only ! i hope im wrong and we get pistols back etc etc

No, if you are deemed fit, then you are "fit". Type, calibre, action or any other irrelevant factor, should not matter. Fitness is fitness....

So you do know of that colt 45/70 gat? How much would it break into the Greggs budget?

Section 5 ! However the act states exsting owners may apply for an fac and keep them under section one without need to present a good reason
