Yeah that is a slight problem as many UKPSA/IPSC handgun stages require you to shoot one handed with a pistol, and its usually your weak hand :o Its bad enough operating the SGC rifle cack-handed but that would be really tricky!! But seeing as its about £1500 above of my current price range i don't think i'll have to worry about that

One hand rapid or one hand UIT/Bulls eye style? UIT wouldn't be a problem as when you lower back to the bench, reach with the weak hand, hit the lever, return to position....

One hand rapid, yep, that would cause problems...
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Sorry, not for me, it is a neutered offering for the UK market and leaves me cold. We used to shoot pistol, the law changed, we can no longer shoot pistol. Time to move on is my view.
I understand what you are saying if they banned handguns in this part of the ( UK ) I don't know if I would be interested in a long barrelled pistol then again I might.
PS Remember N Ireland is part of the UK.

Yes. Saw it and handled it. It was "Q" around the stand, so the fella took the trigger lock off as well!

Well built and well finished. With my medium sized hands, couldn't quite reach the lever release with the thumb of the shooting hand. The barrel is actually back bored, so there is a five inch barrel and seven inches of "extension tube". The rear rod was as discreet as could be and up in the aim, it felt like a "proper" pistol!

Midway intend to also add some optional extras. Slimmed safety, reprofiled lever release, ambi controls. Price was confirmed at 1600.

I added my name to the list of those "expressing an interest"! In .45......
