Behold my goodies and be in awe!
Actually, I don't have anything that exciting.
Starting from the top -
- 19th Century "generic" boy's rabbit gun. Smooth bore, back-action lock.
- Pedersoli Short Land Pattern "Brown Bess" musket
- P1853 (Original) Enfield rifle musket
- Spandu made G1898 Mauser
- Eddystone/Remington made P14 rifle
- BSA SMLE No1 MkIII
Same guns, just a more top-down view, in the top right is my Pedersoli "Brown Bess Carbine" The top left is my Swiss M1881 Veterli bolt-action rifle, but I cant seem to find my picture of that. It's been posted in the forum somewhere, though
Pieta - "Colt" Army

You say 'nothing exciting', but that's a nice collection - and muskets you actually shoot
At the top though...is that an early 'black gun'!

Thanks. Kind of you to say.
No. it's not a black gun, though the stock is painted black. It's one of the thousands and thousands of everyday guns made my private gunmakers in the 19th century.
It's a smooth-bore back-action (percussion) "rabbit gun" designed for a boy, or girl. It's got platinum inlay and breech plug. It's a wall hanger, though. Bore looks like a drain pipe, and the wrist is cracked. I have no doubt a skilled man, or woman, could repair it, alas, my engineering skills starts and stops with putting up a shelf.

It's an odd ball. It's marketed as the "Navy", but it's in .44, and Colt never made the Navy in .44, they were all .36
