I've been using a cheap ultrasonic cleaner with a spoon of citric acid and a drop of washing liquid.

I've just ordered a rotary tumbler with the pins as the cheap one I got just takes too damn long to do a small batch (my fault, bought a small jewelry ultrasonic, not enough for my needs)
