Indeedy, I took mine off using a harbour freight press and a 10mm brass rod down the muzzle. I can give you mote info on what needs to be done but get yourself some short punches and a press or a gear splitter. I'd recommend changing the brake and gas block at the same time if you're going to do it as it's a total git to put back together... Like I said before, I found the SVD parts wouldn't fit my Tigr because the barrel was a mm or so thicker so I had to grind out the insides a bit.
