I've heard rumours today that sec 5 always sec 5 might be becoming a bit relaxed. Whispers are with lbps HO have said as long as it isn't registered as something sec5 in us on export. It won't be when registered here

My SKS was approved by the HO and then proofed as a "manual loading rifle" in Luxembourg so on export to the UK it was never Sec5.
