Maybe conviction isn't the right wording but whatever the term it doesn't detract from the fact that I had a fixed penalty from a speed camera and failed to declare it on renewal (thinking I didn't have to), then I got the warning for it.joe wrote:

They asked to see my driving license and then asked to see the paper part (when we had one) and pointed out the speeding points, so I guess they already knew from their records and wanted to see if I realised I had missed it out.
