Buy British.
Support the British Shooting Trade and in turn, British Shooters.

You really can't go wrong with LMT . Having just been involved in the NZ Army trials which selected the LMT over a number of other manufacturers, I am very impressed with them. If I could justify another AR, and if I could afford it - my next AR would be one of theirs.

Thanks everybody but a trip to Mr Bradley's has fulfilled requirements and well within budget, l would have gone LMT route but the T handle charging and having to retrofit a side charging handle put me off. Very happy with purchase and spent a good hour looking at all things AR without a piece of wood insight except the furniture (not the rifles as it's furniture was Magpul). Even got to see the Hurricane special. Severnside the weekend methinks and if Customs pull their finger out might even get the Mepro M21 in time.

Don't forget to put the 10% finders fee cheque in the post for me :)
Glad it worked out, I'm still looking for something at a sensible price in 300AAC
