Why no interest, maybe start a new thread as there are a few of us on here shooting 6,5x47 - I often shoot mine with pointed 123 Scenars to 1200 yards on nicer days and it is incredibly easy to load for. It is also clinically accurate at 300mAlpha1 wrote:I received a package this morning with some 6.5x47 bits and some cases from a forum member that I am extremely grateful for. Thank you very much. So I put the chamber length buttons on the back burner. I'm convinced now that the way to go is to re chamber my 6.5x55 in 6.5x47.
It has all ready been made clear that the process is off no interest to any one here so I wont bore you with the details.

Re: Chamber length buttons
Thanks for the suggestion ovenpaa but I don't think so.
Re: Chamber length buttons
The chamber length buttons in conclusion don't waste your money.
Re: Chamber length buttons
I occasionally build chamber length buttons for my rifles and I would say they provide valuable information so not a waste of money/time in my eyes.
Re: Chamber length buttons
If you have the facilities to build your own yes they are easy enough to make If you are into precision well yes I suppose so. But would I buy them from the States and pay the postage etc. No.
Re: Chamber length buttons
Under a tenner for peace of mind or a greater understanding of your rifles chamber, what is not to like?
