Look at page 231 of the document you can find by googling "Guide on Firearms Licensing Law"

Well, they would say that,....
Doubt any of them have read the Home Office Guidance: as they insist that the contents are not applicable to Scotland. Edinburgh office are working in compliance with the next set of Home Office Guidance (the "not yet published" set....!)

They DO KNOW of the automatic condition as I keep telling them about it....& attaching scanned copies to my e-mails.

They're consistent at least.
Yet another very senior officer in the doo doo over a £250.000 "loan" from a prominent criminal.... "Move along, nothing to see here...."

No devolved powers on Firearms....just airguns, sorry, airWEAPONS = hence the upcoming 2016 FUBAR that will see all of Scotland rush to apply for a Certificate (from the efficient admin depts currently unable to meet existing guidelines)

Mention of Justice is verboten in der ForthReich.
Justice is what der glorias Sturgeon tells us it is.
Transgressors will be re-educated & so invoiced with state added costs to pad out the bill in order to keep der Salmond-Trough topped up with the deep fried offering of the day...
