Not going to happen !!

It depends on cost, also alot of people insist on trying to go with US companies who are bound by the fact that the US state departments opinion on what can be exported changes almost daily. Best bet is to deal with an EU based company and take things from there. Also depends on what is workable with the actions you have in mind. Anything is possible, its just time, money and the will to do it. If you the MARS route Brad, possibly the 7.62x39 is the best route.
