Certainly the impression i got from the OP. Why wouldn't the person ask those doing the weighing what the restrictions were 5mith

Robert is not a native English speaker, is in his mid 80's and has very poor eye sight so lets not criticise him for his spelling. Mine is awful at the best of times and I am a Brit.

You can pick up a hard copy in the front office at main meetings...I'm pretty sure it was free last time I picked on up.

In an ideal world, if they didn't know the answer to the gentleman's question they should have done the usual CS thing of apologising and then going to find out...unfortunately in this instance they didn't, which is a minor training issue...hardly worth bringing up on the forum

Disney employees (cast members) are not permitted to tell guests that they do not know something. they are instructed to tell them that they will find out, then call a colleague.

sounds like Bisley could learn a lot ;)
