I would be inclined to think BIG when adding to the list.
I have fired (along with other members of a crew)
the boer war era 15 pounder QF gun (of the type used in the field gun trials)
the ww2 6 pounder anti tank gun (of Arnhem fame)
the Napoleonic wars 32 pounder gun
and the fearsome 7" 110 pounder Armstrong gun
Everyone who enjoys shooting should get to fire a cannon once in their life!

Surprised not to see more votes for the .50 Desert Eagle, one shot was enough for me!

Ehhhh.......the AK-74 is chambered in 5.45x39, always has been.
AKs' chambered in Imperialist 5.56/.223 are just wrong!!!!, as are .308 Dragunovs'

I'm not going to list what I have shot, let's just say it's extensive and runs from full auto Ruger 10/22 to WWII vintage 5.5" artillery pieces.
My bucket list of guns to shoot at the moment would be:
Phased rifle in a 40 Watt range
Aliens rifle
Mauser Broomhandle
HK G11 4.7mm caseless
Mark 19 40mm grenade launcher
A Milan ATGM
HK VP9
AR in .458 SOCOM
Semi-auto .50 BMG Barrett
Minigun

Interesting list, now we know where BAM BAM comes from - lots of flashy-bangy things in there!

Over the years I have managed to get to shoot everything (and own many) that has interested me and also shot many things that didn't interest me but were still fun to fire.
There is only one gun that I haven't fired and would dearly love to and that is a Carter and Edwards bolt action rifle.

I have fired the Ordnance QF 25 Pr.
Plus I get to fire a cannon every year - for the opening of the racing season at the yacht club. Also RNZALR Corps Day - we fire a cannon every year at dawn. Blanks only, of course.
