Does the EEC ever take these down?..... or just leave them till they get the stats they actually want?

This is such an important poll so if posting it ten times means more coverage then so be it. I must have received it 3 times by email in the last week so it is certainly doing the rounds.

Will they pay attention to the results, well who knows.....

Just re-read the intro. what the $%&@# does this mean?

Since 2010, the EU has sought to implement an action plan tackling illegal trade in ‘heavy’ firearms

Charlotte: well if a pressure cooker bomb is now a "weapon of mass destruction" sign01 sign01 wtfwtf then it would be fair to assume it could mean any weapon that requires some effort to lift it - like a 7lb rifle???

Knowing the EU it will mean whatever they want it to mean.

There is an EU principle of subsidiarity, which requires that decisions be taken at national level where possible, yet this exercise seems not to recognise that.

http://europa.eu/legislation_summaries/ ... 017_en.htm provides an outline of the principle, and I've commented on the consultation to the effect that this principle seems to be being ignored.
