FAC expired

My renewal reminder letter had a sentence along the lines of, so long as my renewal application was received before my fac expired then i was still covered, my feo advised me to carry a copy of my fac the rnewal letter and his card and that i should stock up on ammo before the expiry date. my fac took 3 months to turn round, meaning i goti got my new fac 2 months after expiry.The only query i had in that time was when leaving my rifle in the NRA armoury but having read the renewal letter NRA were happy. To my mind we get a pretty good service for the amount we pay, if/when the system changed to be self funding , fees would undoubtedly increase considerably, personally i'm happy with the way things are.

Primer which club do you shoot at and who is/was your FEO I had dick myatt who said that they ha been reduced from 12 to 9 and soon down to 5

The Tunnel target sports in charmouth but the person I was talking to was from Bridport shooting club. I did have John Kennedy, I know when I spoke to him in October he was expecting to be made redundant.
