Dubya also talked about the threat from "tourists"
Or did he mean terrorists on holiday?

Just remember when ordering anything electical that they use 110V in the USA, learned the hard way on that one.

Those Magpul mags for the AR are nice to use.

I'm heading over in June - I was hoping to be bringing some stuff back... (Mag and trigger guard for the Rem 700, maybe an aftermarket trigger, and if I can bring myself to spend the cash, maybe an M-24 HS-Precision Stock...) - hopefully I won't have too much trouble banging these in a case?!

If I were you I could contact the export people at the US Embassy in the UK and in Washington and find out what you can and cannot bring back in.

I wanted to pick up an EoTech sight when I was there a couple years back and there is no way you can get one sent via airmail but all I had to do after speaking to them was bring it through in my hand luggage and declare it for personal use only and not to be resold, I had a copy of the embassy letter just in case thou.

I always put a copy of the email I got from the TSA deputy director in each case when bringing stuff back. It states that bullets (heads), brass, reloading presses/equipment and scopes can be brought back OK, it also advises that scopes are placed in hand luggage for better protection.
