Hope it makes sense - when I first started someone showed me how to do it a different way and it was complete gobbledegook to me.
David Calvert then showed a bunch of us how to to it as per the attached article and it made perfect sense!
Sometimes I don't bother plotting (if its too hot or too wet) but plotting really can help grab an extra point or two quite often.

Thanks Karen :) I'll be passing this on to some Air Cadet friends and the shooting hierarchy and hopefully they will distribute to the masses!
