You have to take them out in some form of rational order.

Random ? That's only acceptable if it is truly random and not pseudo random. If it's pseudo random there will be a pattern to it, and the pattern could be wrong. You need to ensure stuff aligns with the planets, and ley lines, and has the correct proportion of ying to yang and so forth. All that time spent cutting kernels in half, turning necks, polishing the inside of the cases and filtering the power supply to the lamp over your bench is wasted if not...
