A bullet designed to expand delivering at least 1750 ft/lbs is the english minimum for red?

The 303 with that bullet will deliver that easily at only 2000 fps.

Or have those deer society shysters added small print excluding cast bullets now?

I already use a cast bullet for Stalking, so I hope there is no jacketed nonsense to contend with!
