I was going to say 20mm Vulcan, but I'm not sure about the neck length from that photo. I've got 20mm Madsen coming in at 20x120mm. :?:

This is around 102mm long with 28mm head but the lack of head stamp is odd, not UK is my guess.

I was thinking a 2pdr, but it's too short and not rimmed.
