I found the the sizing dies for the lube sizer and top punches. I also found several Lee push through sizing dies as well.
Unfortunately the largest sizer I have is .358. I will probably size 20 of the Lyman bullets to .358 and shoot them for comparison.
The lee tumble lubed bullets I will load up at .360 this is the size they dropped out of the mold.
I also found 5 unopened bottles of liquid alox while I was rummaging about. Typical.
I plan on machining a .360 lube sizing die for the Lyman lube sizer probably one evening later in the week. I have made them before so it should be OK. My machining skills are much improved since I made the last one so I don't envisage any issues.(Famous last words)
Any way its time to hand load some .38 special so gotta dash.
Hmm whats next.

I was hoping to have some pictures of the bullet lubesizer being put through its paces but as usual I got side tracked and ran out of time.
The lyman bullets fell from the mold at .359 I would like to keep them that size. The only sizer I had was .358 so I set to sorting that problem out first. I spent an hour looking for collets then give up and just used the three jaw chuck. With this sizing die I should be able to lube the bullets and retain the .359 diameter. I hope.
While I had the machines running I decided to make a base for the Lee bench primer I have bought. So I rescued a bit of scrap aluminium out of the scrap bin. I marked it out then drilled two suitable size holes. I turned the base over and drilled and counter bored the holes. The largest counter bore I have is 10mm so I had to turn the bolt heads down to 10mm to fit the holes. It turned out very well actually. I haven't used it yet but its ready to go.
Any way I have ran out of time work in the morning so I don't know when I will be able get back to the project. Ill post pictures when I can.
Hmm whats next.

I decided to have a look at the lubrisizer any way. It ended up a bit of a clarty mess the lubrisizer has not been used in years it needs completely stripping and cleaning. Any way here are some pics. The bullets are not pretty they are lubed but any way we will see. I have now got some lee aloxed bullets and some Lyman as well as some hard cast for comparison. I have got 50 rounds of PPU 158 semi wad cutters as well. Just need a reloading session and jobs done.
Hmm whats next
