Mine does......but with the full gas blowback action on the Uzi it isn't far off being as loud as a 9mm!!!, got some worried looks from next door as it emptied a full mag of 45 BBs in about two and a half seconds!.safetyfirst wrote:Does your garden allow the use of BB’s?WelshShooter wrote:Amazing! Would love to have something like that but our range doesn't allow the use of BB's, pellets only.

On the few occasions a year I play airsoft I run a full auto Glock as a sidearm. Last few times in fact I’ve ditched the rifle and gone for the Glock plus a bunch of grenades :) so much fun.

Our club recently started a Practical C02 range, with several comps being held through the year. I've got the SIG320 and plan on getting the HK MP5 PDW in the new few weeks so I can properly "run and gun"

Re: Something different... Sig P226 Air Pistol
It would probably be FAC only here, you would need to go trough the same procedure to get it as a 9MM P226.

Airguns not Requiring a Firearm Certificate
In Northern Ireland airguns and CO2 guns having a discharge kinetic energy in excess of one (1) Joule (0.737 ft lbs) require to be held on a firearm certificate.

They are usually around joule. A .2 gram 6mm bb and going 270-450FPS depending on the gun and power source.

I have a collection of these pistols and love them. My favourite is the MP40. As you state the Uzi is great fun as is my Berreta PT92 but the two that give me the most pleasure is the Luger P08 and the Walther PPK. I was not impressed with the MP5PDW as it has one hell of a trigger pull and seems very plastic y and toy like.

Phone call from Shooting Supplies that this was in so just collected it!
It sits nice in the hand and finish is superb, only the BB version but for £99.95 not bad at all. Will try out in the morning.

Fully fixed l’m afraid but impatience got the better of me as later in the year (more likely next) blowback versions will appear as well as .177 pellet. This one is a 19 so will probably have .177 blowback in a 17 for what it’s worth when they arrive. Compared to a two tone airsoft l have it feels much better build albeit the airsoft goes full auto which is hilarious! Compared to the 9mm l shoot in Austria the Umarex is a very good copy and l doubt you could tell them apart if they were next to one another. Have the Sig 226 as well and found it doesn’t like rapid fire and misses pellets in the magazine, although l like the mag concept. Also find the slide a bit “tinny” when it cycles.
