I have used that previously on a cabinet attached to a breeze block wall. It's OK but rather fiddly and time consuming compared to drilling a few holes and screwing these babies in:

thanks, i'll have to try them out next time, the newer plastic rawl plugs also look good, but i do wonder how hard it would be getting the plug out if you want to move things and cover up the hole

I've gone for the RL5+ with the fixing kit suggested on the website, will let you know how I get on.
