You can anodised titanium too as we anodised Ti6Al4V in work.
Are you looking to cerakote the internals of the action too or just the outside?

I'd probably do the entire action, inside and out. but I'm not sure what tolerances the RPA quadlite is built to, adding 0.001" of cerakote either side of the bolt could see it catching.
Nothing that a bit of grinding paste couldn't cure, I'm sure... >.<

Incidentally, the Quadlite isn't aluminium it's steel.

Looks like my phone doesn't like "anodise", corrected it to anodised.
Whatever surface finish you put on the internals, if you have to polish back to ensure the bolt runs smoothly you're probably better off not finishing it to start with.
I don't want to derail the thread but have you looked into products such as froglube? The sales pitch is that you "treat" the metal which reduces rust buildup etc. and makes subsequent cleaning easier. I've used it myself and agreed that after the initial treatment it's much easier to remove carbon fouling but I cannot comment on corrosion resistance because I did not test this.

I haven't used it, but have seen the results of some tests with it and it seemed to do very well at inhibiting rust on a brake disc compared to various other lubricants/oils.
Need to get the rust off first, then can decide what to do about the finish/protection.
I know HPS make action wrenches, might have to invest.
